Our Process

A calm, structured path from enquiry to installation.

Halo Security WA follows a consistent, considered process so customers understand what happens at each step. Not every enquiry requires the same level of assessment — the process below is a general guide and is adapted to the property, the service type and project requirements.

The Halo Process

Eight steps, adapted to each project.

01

Initial Enquiry

Get in touch with a summary of your property and what you would like to improve. A registration form or short message is enough to start.

02

Discussion of Needs

Halo reviews the enquiry and follows up to understand priorities, property context and any relevant constraints.

03

Site Assessment

Where suitable, an on-site assessment or measure is arranged. Not every enquiry requires the same level of assessment.

04

Options & Recommendations

Halo discusses appropriate product or system options, taking into account suitability, presentation and practical use.

05

Written Quotation

You receive a clear, itemised quotation covering scope, products, installation and any relevant conditions.

06

Confirmation & Scheduling

Once scope and pricing are agreed, product selection is confirmed and installation is scheduled.

07

Installation or Service

Work is carried out with attention to presentation, communication and respect for the property.

08

Handover & Support

You receive an operational walkthrough where relevant, plus access to ongoing servicing, repairs and support.

Things To Keep In Mind

Realistic expectations set us up for good outcomes.

  • Some services require specialist measurement, structural review or technical assessment.
  • Product availability and lead times may vary between suppliers, seasons and product ranges.
  • Electrical, network, structural or access requirements may affect the final solution.
  • Work is confirmed only after scope, suitability and pricing are agreed in writing.
  • Commercial projects may involve staged reviews, multiple site contacts and procurement documentation.
