With your permission, the Website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google) to understand how the site is used — for example which pages are visited and which enquiry buttons are used. Only non-personal information is measured (page paths, button locations and service categories); never names, email addresses, phone numbers or message content. Google Analytics operates under Google Consent Mode: until you accept analytics, no analytics cookies are set and no client identifiers are sent.
With your permission, the Website uses Google Ads conversion measurement (Google) and the Meta Pixel (Meta) to measure advertising performance — for example, whether an enquiry followed an advertisement. These tools only load or activate after you accept marketing cookies. No customer identifiers are passed to Meta, and Meta's Advanced Matching is not enabled.
The Website uses SearchAtlas OTTO, a content and search-optimisation tool that adjusts on-page SEO elements. It does not measure visitors for analytics or advertising purposes.
You can accept, reject or change your analytics and marketing preferences at any time using the Privacy Choices link in the website footer, which reopens the consent preferences panel. Essential technologies cannot be switched off in the site because core parts of the Website (in particular, submitting an enquiry) would not work without them. You can also manage cookies and site data through your browser settings, including clearing local storage for this site, which will remove your consent choice and cause the consent banner to reappear.
Blocking essential technologies through your browser may prevent forms or other features from working.
The third-party providers listed above (Google Fonts static CDN, and Resend for email delivery) apply their own terms and privacy practices. We only use them for the essential purposes described in the table.
