Care & Support
Security doors, screens and shutters are mechanical products fitted to a building that moves. Small adjustments over time are normal. This page covers how to look after what we installed, and how to get help when something needs attention.
Everyday Care
Most products only need light, occasional attention. Coastal and near-coastal properties in Rockingham, Port Kennedy, Secret Harbour and Mandurah collect salt, so rinsing matters more here than it does inland.

Adjustments
Buildings settle and seasonal movement is real. A door that begins to catch slightly, a latch that needs a firmer push, or a screen that squeaks is usually a small adjustment rather than a fault. Get in touch early — a five-minute tweak is easier than a repair.
Contact us straight away if a lock will not engage, a door will not close, mesh is torn, glass is damaged, or a motorised product stops mid-travel. Those are safety and security matters.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty applicable to the specific product supplied, and our installation workmanship is covered separately. The exact terms and periods are set out on your quote and invoice, because they differ by product and mesh type.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Damage from impact, attempted forced entry, unauthorised modification, harsh cleaning products or a lack of basic maintenance is not a product fault.
Booking Help
Call 0409 788 902 or email info@halosecuritywa.com.au. It helps if you can tell us the property address, roughly when the work was done, which door or window is involved, and what it's doing now. A photo saves everyone a trip.
We also repair and service doors, screens, shutters and locks that Halo did not originally install, where parts are still available.
